SkyTeam has launched its WeChat account to facilitate interactions with its customers in the Greater China region and across the globe. Delivering useful information and services for customers, the WeChat account complements SkyTeam’s existing presence on Sina Weibo.
WeChat boasts almost 440 million users, of which 70 million are based outside the Greater China Region and SkyTeam’s presence on WeChat strengthens the alliance’s commitment to consolidating its position as the leading alliance in the Greater China region.
